Morning

The sun comes up on your side.

The three upstairs rooms face the beach, so the sunrise reaches them first. There is a coffee set in every room.

Afternoon

A pool that runs out to the sea.

Five feet deep, with loungers, daybeds and a cabana above the shoreline. The beach is a few steps past the wall.

Evening

Grill, sing, stay up late.

The pool lights come on, the grill and smoker get going, and the karaoke has an LED screen and two microphones. Lights and volume come down at 10:30.

  1. See your price

    Pick your dates and guests at the top of this page. The price is worked out from our current rates.

  2. Send it to us

    Tap Send on Messenger. We check the date and reply with the confirmed price and payment details.

  3. Lock your date

    A 50% down payment secures the booking. Until it arrives, the date stays open to other guests.

  4. Settle at the resort

    Pay the balance at the resort on or before your stay. Bring a valid ID and a ₱1,000 cash deposit, returned in full when you leave.

Weddings, debuts, reunions and company planning days. Up to thirty guests across six rooms with extra beds, and the pool, the terrace and the shoreline closed to everyone else. We sit on a residential stretch of coast, so the music comes down at 10:30.

How do I book?

Get your price at the top of this page and send it to us on Messenger, or message us your dates and guest count. We confirm the date and the price, then send the payment details.

How much is the down payment?

Fifty per cent of the total. It secures your booking, and the date is only held for you once it is received.

The remaining balance is settled at the resort on or before your stay or event date.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A ₱1,000 cash security deposit is collected at check-in with a valid ID, and returned in full when you leave.

Can the price change?

Rates may change with demand and availability, and holidays can be priced differently. The price we confirm on Messenger is the one you pay.

Check-in and check-out

Rooms: check in from 2 PM, check out at 12 noon. Exclusive and whole-house bookings check out at 11 AM.

Day use runs 8 AM to 5 PM or 1 PM to 8 PM, nine hours at most, with a strict 8 PM close. Extra hours are ₱1,000 each.

Extra guests and children

Rooms: extra adult ₱500, twelve and under ₱250, seven and under free, up to two per room.

Day use: extra adult ₱250, twelve and under ₱100, seven and under free, up to four children.

Exclusive use: extra adult ₱500, twelve and under ₱250, seven and under ₱250. Children four to seven come free, up to four.

Evening hours

Beach access closes at 10 PM. Gates and pool lights close at 10:30 PM, and karaoke volume comes down at the same time. We sit in a residential area, so this one matters.

In the pool

Proper swimming attire only. No jewellery, and no clothing with buttons. There is no lifeguard, so children need watching.

Food and drink

No corkage fee, so bring what you like. The kitchen, utensils, refrigerator, griller and smoker are yours to use, along with a gallon of drinking water.

Breakfast is not included with rooms.
